ANTEA BEACH RESORT is designed as a holiday complex for permanent residence and contains villas, row houses and multi-family residential buildings

On the first line of the famous Tsarski Plazh Beach between Chernomorets to the north, and Sozopol to the south, ANTEA BEACH RESORT is about to appear – a holiday complex from a new generation. The project was developed in the Akladi Area, near Cervenka Cape – a protected natural landmark with unique rock formations. 

The investment is of the Plovdiv-based company "Hus Invest". With this project, the company will add another architectural gem to its portfolio – this time on its native Black Sea coast. Its management is entrusted to Hus Estate.

ANTEA BEACH RESORT is the first project in which the Plovdiv company works in collaboration with the architect Svetoslav Stanislavov and his studio STARH. Varna residents are famous for their landmark buildings in the sea capital. Their designs are recognised globally for their attention to detail and innovative solutions. This different and daring approach of Arch. Stanislavov and STARH was also applied in their project for this sea jewel of Hus Invest. "Our ambition is ANTEA BEACH RESORT to become an emblematic holiday complex for permanent residence with different types of buildings – single-family villas, single-family row houses and residential buildings with the highest quality of performance", says the team of Hus Estate, the company that successfully manages a diverse portfolio of residential complexes in Plovdiv.

How is ANTEA BEACH RESORT different?

STARH designers rely on a complex composition of different types of construction – from single-family villas with the name ANTEA BEACH VILLAS to two-storey row houses, united under the name ANTEA SEA HOUSE. There are also some multi-family buildings in the complex called ANTEA SEA RESIDENCE, with three- and four-bedroom apartments. They are being offered fully furnished with modern interiors and high-end furniture.

An important point in the concept is that it is designed as a holiday complex for permanent residence. Situated on the impressive 200 000 sq. m, it will have a sports complex, swimming pools, sports and children’s playgrounds, restaurants, a medical centre, a shopping area and over 130 000 sq. m of green space. To access each building, an internal vehicular and pedestrian network has been designed for maximum convenience.
